  • We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location.
  • Tracking details will be shared via email/SMS once your order is shipped.
  • We currently ship across India (international shipping can be arranged on request).

Return Policy

  • You may return any unused product within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
  • Items must be in their original condition with tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.
  • Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return unless defective.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned product.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
